When you choose our Premier Service, Hose Rhodes Dickson manages and pays legal costs incurred on your behalf when prosecuting or defending proceedings.

This includes situations where the tenant has:

Failed to pay the rent due under the tenancy agreement
Failed to vacate the property under the tenancy agreement
Left the property in disrepair
Materially breached the terms of the Tenancy Agreement in a manner that is capable of legal redress
Issued proceedings against the landlord for a property or tenancy-related matter

This service is available to our Fully Managed and Rent Collection landlords only and provides up to £100,000 total rental income and legal protection*.

I honestly can’t thank the ladies in the letting team enough for the support they’ve given me. The whole process of renting through HRD has been so stress free for us, we recently moved into our new property with the help of Maddison who was so helpful, professional and patient with all our questions, and the beautiful welcome card/ package full of treats we received on moving day was so lovely and welcoming, overall was and is a great experience renting through them:)
