Maisie put us in touch with Richard the mortgage advisor and within a couple of phone calls we had a mortgage in principle and ready to purchase our first house! Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile unlike other estate agents on the island! With this in mind we are now only looking to purchase our first home through this amazing team! Chris and Heather at the shanklin branch (I think) have been so incredibly supportive and helpful! As a first time buyer EVERYTHING was scary and the whole process was just a massive ball of confusion for me! But these two amazing staff members really did go above and beyond to help me understand it all and explain the process! Getting in contact with them was so easy and I never felt like a burden (despite asking 20 thousand questions) and they made it all feel so much easier then I thought it would be! They say buying your own place is one of the most stressful situations but because of these two amazing people dare I say I felt little to no stress!
