Fantastic service

Reported an issue (continuously dripping tap) after I came home from work at around 7pm. I got a response from HRD agent called Jess the following morning and everything followed so quickly. The plumber came on the same day that he called, looked at the prob and I said, everything followed quickly. Prob was resolved sooner than I expected and easy to report a problem as it can be done online and anytime via Fixflo. Thank you for the prompt action.

Magan and Lura were very supportive, helpful, patient and understanding to me when I needed help with sorting things out. Also managed to make my move as un stressful as possible while even with my learning difficulties making everything very easy to understand and I'm so happy with my new home!!!
