Landlord rent cover with Premier Service

When you choose our Premier Service, Hose Rhodes Dickson manages and pays legal costs incurred on your behalf when prosecuting or defending proceedings.

This includes situations where the tenant has:

• Failed to pay the rent due under the tenancy agreement
• Failed to vacate the property under the tenancy agreement
• Left the property in disrepair
• Materially breached the terms of the Tenancy Agreement in a manner that is capable of legal redress
• Issued proceedings against the landlord for a property or tenancy-related matter

This service is available to our Fully Managed and Rent Collection landlords only and provides up to £100,000 total rental income and legal protection*.
