Toby and Jamie were keen, courteous and very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new home on the island. A good experience! My only slightly negative comment would be that we were obliged to pay £96 for anti money laundering (AML) checks with “Lifetime Legal” which entails taking out a subscription with them in return for the offer of legal services of somewhat doubtful value.

I had a great experience with Hose Rhodes Dickson while securing a rental property on the Isle of Wight. The team was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were on the day I arrived. As I was travelling over by ferry, they kindly stayed later than usual to wait for me and make sure I was able to collect the keys and enter the property that day. That extra effort really meant a lot and made my move to the Isle of Wight much less stressful. Communication throughout was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Hose Rhodes Dickson to anyone looking to rent a property on the Isle of Wight. Thank you for going the extra mile!
