Here at Hose Rhodes Dickson New Homes our aim is to help you find your new home whilst delivering exceptional customer service and a smooth buying process.  The New Homes department is situated in the centre of the Island in Newport and is supported by the local offices island wide. From spacious apartments to larger family homes the new homes department will be there to support you every step of the way from initial reservation all the way through to getting the keys to your new home. We keep you updated with the build process and offer you appointments to see the properties when they are deemed safe. We comply with all health and safety aspects on site and ensure you are protected with the correct equipment if you do venture to site during the build.

With new build houses there are schemes that can help you to purchase your property, we can assist you with all the necessary steps on registering for these schemes so the process is less stressful for you. On some new build developments there are show homes available and we do regular open days so that you can come and visit the properties without having to pre book your appointment, especially if you are unsure whether a new build home is for you. Build Warranty – hopefully you wouldn’t need to use it but for your protection houses are provided with a warranty to protect you in the case something was wrong with your new build home.
