Meet the Team

Lisa joined Hose Rhodes Dickson in 2004 and has enjoyed various roles in the company including residential sales and the residential lettings. Lisa moved to the commercial department in 2010 which she now manages and has recently qualified as an AssocRICS and is an Associate Director.

Janet has worked in the commercial office of Hose Rhodes Dickson as a sales negotiator for 18 years, having previously run a guest house along with her husband. Janet deals with all aspects of the commercial market and has specialist knowledge of the leisure industry and small pieces of land for equestrian use.

Edwina joined Hose Rhodes Dickson in June 1996 in the Survey Department providing support for our surveyors/valuers dealing mainly with the administration side. She is very approachable and happy to talk through the various report options available.

Jonathan joined Hose Rhodes Dickson in 2018 following 35 years of private practice in property surveying on the Island.

Charlie joined us at the beginning of 2020 as the newest member of the Commercial team. Being a granddaughter of one of the company’s founders, Charlie has been brought up around the knowledge and expertise of the property market, and is keen to further her career within the industry. She enjoys the challenges every day brings, especially with the demand in the ever-changing market.
