Jeff Hose and Mark Rhodes opened the first office in Ventnor in 1990. Following its success, in 1992, Richard Dickson joined the team, opening a second office in Sandown. Hose Rhodes Dickson was born. Over thirty years on, we now have seven offices throughout the Isle of Wight. In 2022, LRG acquired the business and some of the same people remain with us from the very early days.
