Some purchasers are happy with the condition of the property that they wish to purchase but do require an independent assessment of the property's value.

This is not a survey but does involve a limited inspection, similar to that undertaken for a lending institution.

We can also undertake valuations for Capital gains tax, Inheritance tax and matrimonial purposes, 1982 valuations as well market appraisals for probate purposes
