Building Surveys on the Isle of Wight

This is the most extensive type of inspection and involves close consultation with the clients to establish their requirements. Additional services may include specialist contractors to investigate the condition of wall ties, dampness and timber defects, or carry out tests of drains, electrical installations, heating systems, etc.

It should be borne in mind that if any tests are required the permission of the owner of the property must be sought beforehand.
