RICS Homebuyer Reports
This report is only undertaken by professionally qualified and experienced surveyors. The Homebuyer Survey and valuation comprises a thorough inspection of the main elements of the building to which access can be reasonably obtained.
Valuation Reports
Some purchasers are happy with the condition of the property that they wish to purchase but do require an independent assessment of the property's value.
We can also carry out valuation for several other purposes.
This is not a survey but does involve a limited inspection, similar to that undertaken for a lending institution.
Building Survey
This is the most extensive type of inspection and involves close consultation with the clients to establish their requirements. Additional services may include specialist contractors to investigate the condition of wall ties, dampness and timber defects, or carry out tests of drains, electrical installations, heating systems, etc.
