Homebuyer Survey and Valuation on the Isle of Wight

This report is only undertaken by professionally qualified and experienced surveyors. The Homebuyer Survey and valuation comprises a thorough inspection of the main elements of the building to which access can be reasonably obtained. It is specifically designed to give a less detailed report than a building survey, but is sufficient to enable the Surveyor to give an expert opinion on the quality and condition of the fabric.

In a concise format published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the report aims to assist the purchaser in deciding on the soundness or otherwise of the proposed purchase and provide an opinion of value.
