The hotel trades between February and December mainly catering for the coach market with the addition of some private guests. Contracts with the coach companies are in place for the 2012 season. The hotel is licensed and half board is offered while snacks are available from the bar at lunchtime. Eight members of staff, two of which are part time, are employed to help run the hotel.
There is the scope to expand the business by extending the season, offering Christmas and New Year breaks and moving into the functions market.

The main entrance to the hotel is from Queens Road. Double glazed doors lead to the reception. Reception desk with private office to the rear.
Lounge/ bar leading from the reception with range of soft seating and tables. Stone fronted bar with range of beer pumps and optics. French windows overlooking the front garden. This area has had new carpets and curtains and the furniture reupholstered during the winter of 2011/2012.
Dining Room accessed from the reception via glazed doors. Seating for approximately 70 guests. French windows overlooking the front garden. There is a patio seating area outside the lounge and dining room.
Kitchen to the rear of the dining room. Double doors to dining room. Range of commercial catering equipment (a full inventory will be provided). Range of worktops and units. The kitchen is divided to provide a working area and a serving area. Covered courtyard with walk in freezers. Store with fridges and freezers. Rear access to car park.
Owners accommodation At present the owners do not live on site but there is a private lounge with patio door to a private courtyard garden and a separate en suite bedroom that could be used for owner’s accommodation.
Stairs up to the first floor. Ladies and Gents WC.
Bedrooms All are en suite with either showers or baths. The majority of baths have a shower over. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions, direct dial telephones and hospitality trays and are centrally heated via radiators.
